This exquisite non-alcoholic wine is crafted from a harmonious blend of 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from dry-land vineyards in South Africa’s stunning Western Cape. These vineyards are thoughtfully positioned on south-west facing slopes, perfectly poised to catch the cooling breezes of the Atlantic Ocean and the cold Benguela current. The deep, clay-rich soils, formed from decomposed granite, ensure excellent drainage — the ideal foundation for exceptional grapes.
