Description
Crafted from grapes handpicked in the dry-land vineyards of South Africa’s Western Cape, this wine draws its essence from carefully selected south-west facing slopes. These slopes are kissed by the cool breezes of the Atlantic Ocean and the icy Benguela current, while deep, clay-rich soils formed from decomposed granite provide the perfect foundation, ensuring excellent drainage and rich grape character.
The grapes undergo a meticulous 14-day fermentation at a cool 14-15°C, where they are carefully handled to prevent oxidation and lock in their vibrant fruitiness. Resting on the lees for two months infuses the wine with added depth and complexity. Finally, the wine is gently dealcoholised using spinning cone technology under vacuum and at low temperatures, preserving its beautiful body, colour, and flavour.
The result? A stunning Provence-style rosé that bursts with the essence of ripe summer berries, unfolding into delicate hints of fresh peach and a perfectly balanced palate. Each sip finishes with a delightful, lingering elegance — an alcohol-free experience that’s pure sun-drenched sophistication.
